STUDI TENTANG KESIAPAN GURU FISIKA SMA DALAM MENERAPKAN KURIKULUM 2013 DI KOTA SEMARANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2013/2014

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 diberlakukan untuk setiap sekolah mulai tahun 2014. Salah satu faktor penentu suksesnya Kurikulum 2013 adalah adanya kesesuaian kompetensi dan kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kesiapan guru fisika SMA dalam menerapkan Kurikulum 2013. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 guru yang berasal dari 12 SMA negeri dan swasta di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pemenuhan kompetensi pedagogik menunjukan 8 indikator terpenuhi dengan kriteria baik, 2 indikator dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pemenuhan kompetensi profesional menunjukan 3 indikator dengan kriteria baik dan 1 indikator dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil telaah RPP, kesiapan guru dinilai baik dalam merancang pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum 2013. 2013 curriculum is implemented for every school since 2014. One of the factors determining the success of it is there any competence compatibility and readiness of the teachers in implementing 2013 curriculum. This research aimed to describe the readiness of high school physic teachers in implementing 2013 curriculum. There are 19 teachers from 12 state and private high schools in Semarang City taken as samples of this research. The research method that is used is descriptive qualitative. From the result of the research, the accomplishment of pedagogic competence shows 8 indicators achieved as good criteria. The accomplishment of professional competence shows three indicators as good criteria and 1 indicator as very good criteria. According to the result of Lesson Plan (RPP) analysis, the readiness of the teachers is good in construct the learning process suitable with the demand of 2013 curriculum.
