Abstract: Effect of Tax on Land and Building Socialization Of Consciousness And Taxpayer Compliance (Studies in the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Mojokerto). Socialization tax a major effect on the level of consciousness of the public taxpayer itself, socialization taxes have a significant effect on the level of their compliance and ultimately tax socialization also has an effect on the level of compliance of the mandatory self taxpayer itself through the element of self-awareness. Path analysis used in this study. The results of the analysis suggests that socialization property tax to the taxpayer in the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Mojokerto is good enough. Socialization that have been implemented so great influence on the level of compliance. Self-awareness of the taxpayers also have affected the magnitude of compliance. Self-awareness of the community has been able to influence the level of socialization untukmemediasi Property Tax to compliance themselves. Keywords: socialization, property tax, tax payer society   Abstrak: Pengaruh Sosialisasi Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Terhadap Kesadaran Dan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak (Studi Pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kota Mojokerto). Sosialisasi pajak berpengaruh besar terhadap besarnya tingkat kesadaran diri dari masyarakat Wajib Pajak itu sendiri, sosialisasi pajak telah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap besarnya tingkat kepatuhan mereka dan akhirnya sosialisasi pajak juga telah berpengaruh terhadap besarnya tingkat kepatuhan diri dari para wajib Wajib Pajak itu sendiri melalui elemen kesadaran diri. Analisa jalur digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisa mengemukakan bahwa sosialisasi pajak bumi dan bangunan terhadap para wajib pajak pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kota Mojokerto sudah cukup baik. Sosialisasi yang telah dilaksanakan berpengaruh begitu besar terhadap besarnya tingkat kepatuhan. Kesadaran diri dari para wajib pajak juga telah mempengaruhi besarnya kepatuhan. Kesadaran diri dari masyarakat tersebut juga telah mampu untukmemediasi besarnya tingkat pengaruh sosialisasi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan terhadap kepatuhan diri mereka.
