MODEL BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK FISHBOWL UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KETERAMPILAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN STUDI LANJUT SISWA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui  pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Semarang, tingkat keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa SMA N 1 Bergas Kabupaten Semarang, menemukan model Bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Fishbowl untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa, dan keefektifan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik Fishbowl untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian dan pengembangan. Model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik fishbowl untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa diujicobakan kepada 15 orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik fishbowl efektif mengembangkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perubahan tingkat keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut sebelum diberikan perlakuan (pre-test) dan setelah diberikan perlakuan (post-test) sebesar 70,27%. Peneliti menyarankan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling sebaiknya meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai praktisi BK, dan meningkatkan mutu layanan bimbingan kelompok di sekolah seperti penerapan model bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik fishbowl untuk mengembangkan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan studi lanjut siswa The objectives of this study is to find out the implementation of Group Guidance Services in Senior High School,  the students’ skills decisions making further studies level in Private Senior High School Bergas district Semarang, Group Guidance Model with fishbowl techniques to develop the students’ decision making skill further studies and the effectiveness of Group Guidance Model with fishbowl techniques to develop the students’ decision making skill further studies. This study is a research and development study. This study was also tested to 15 students that are the research subjects. They were selected using purposive sampling technique. The findings indicate that the group guidance model with fishbowl techniques ​​effectively develop the students’ decision making skill further studies. This is indicated by changes in the level of decision making skill further studies before being given treatment (pre-test) and after a given treatment (post-test) of 70,27%. The researcher recommends that the guidance and counseling teachers should improve competence as a practitioner of guidance and counseling  and improve the quality of group guidance services in the school such as implementing group guidance model with fishbowl techniques ​​to develop the students’ decision making skill further studies.
