MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MINAT DAN BAKAT MELALUI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan manajemen peserta didik dalam pengembangan minat dan bakat melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di SDN Ngaliyan 03 Kota Semarang. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu pengampu ekstrakurikuler, peserta didik ekstrakurikuler, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, angket, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas, uji transferbilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) perencanaan manajemen dalam kategori kurang, analisis kebutuhan dan seleksi tidak terlaksana, (2) pengorganisasian manajemen dalam kategori sangat baik, setiap ekstrakurikuler melaksanakan orientasi dan mengelompokkan peserta didik, (3) pelaksanaan manajemen dalam kategori sangat baik, pembinaan dan pengembangan minat dan bakat dilaksanakan dalam ekstrakurikuler pramuka, paskibra, dan bahasa Inggris, (4) pengawasan manajemen dalam kategori sangat baik, kepala sekolah melakukan pengawasan dibantu pengampu ekstrakurikuler. Secara keseluruhan manajemen peserta didik dalam pengembangan minat dan bakat melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam kategori baik. Abstract The purpose of this research was to knowing the planning, organizing, actuating and controlling student management in the development of interests and talents through extracurricular activities at Ngaliyan 03 State Elementary School Semarang City. The subjects of this study were extracurricular practitioners, extracurricular students, and school principals. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, field notes, questionnaires, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using a credibility test, transferbility test, and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed: (1) management planning in the in adequate category, needs analysis and selection were not carried out, (2) management organizing in the excellent category, each extracurricular carried out orientation and grouping of students, (3) management actuating in the excellent category, coaching and the development of interests and talents carried out in the scout extracurricular, paskibra, and English, (4) management controlling in the excellent category, the principal conducts supervision assisted by extracurricular assistants. Overall management of students in the development of interests and talents through extracurricular activities in good categories
