This study aims to describe the skills of teachers using information technology in learning in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, with pre-field, field, and data analysis steps. The data sources who are the key people are all 8 teachers of SDN 013 Rambah, consisting of 2 male teachers and 6 female teachers. The data collection technique used is observation. The research instrument used was the analysis sheet and the teacher's skill observation sheet. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the teacher's skills in using laptops, internet, and infocus in an integrated manner in learning in elementary schools were in the medium category. Most of the teachers already have an understanding of the use of information technology in learning, they are able to design presentations and make simple display of learning materials, but the skills of using information technology to develop learning media and use features in online learning designs are still low. . The conclusion of this study is that the teacher's skills in using information technology in learning in elementary schools are in the medium category. Expert guidance and assistance is needed to improve skills in developing learning media and using features in online learning designs.
