Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) / Coronnary Artery Disease (CAD) merupakan salah satu penyakit jantung yang sangat penting karena penyakit ini diderita oleh jutaan orang dan merupakan penyebab kematian utama di beberapa negara termasuk Indonesia. Banyak di antara penderita yang semula (sebelum menderita penyakit jantung) kondisi mental-emosionalnya stabil, kemudian menjadi terganggu manakala yang bersangkutan ternyata diketahui terdapat kelainan pada organ jantungnya. Penanganan terhadap penyakit ini juga perlu dilaksanakan sejak awal kejadian mengingat tanda dan gejala yang sering tersembunyi atau sebaliknya, jika tampak signifikan berpotensi mengganggu aktifitas harian pasien. Dampak lanjut bila pasien dengan PJK tidak segera mengambil keputusan yang tepat maka tidak menutup kemungkinan individu akan jatuh pada keadaan kegawatdaruratan bahkan kematian. Krisis pada individu dan hospitalisasi dapat mengakibatkan stress pada individu itu sendiri dan keluarganya. Selama menjalani proses perawatan dan terapi, individu dan keluarga dapat mengalami berbagai kejadian yang sangat traumatik dan penuh dengan strees. Berbagai respon psikologik dapat terjadi dan yang sering muncul menurut pengalaman pasien yang medapatkan perawatan adalah perasaan cemas, bingung dan gelisah. Kecemasan dicetuskan oleh sesuatu yang tidak diketahui dan muncul sebelum ada pengalaman baru, yang mengancam identitas dan harga diri seseorang.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran persepsi yang mendalam tentang pengalaman pasien dengan PJK yang dirawat di ICVCU RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Metode: Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam pada delapan orang partisipan yang di rawat di ICVCU RSUD Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik Collaizi.Hasil: Terdapat tujuh tema yang teridentifikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu respon berduka; respon menerima diagnosis PJK; dampak penyakit pada aspek fisik; psikososial; spiritual; kebutuhan akan pelayanan kesehatan; dukungan moral.Simpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan perawat menjalankan peran dan fungsinya dengan baik dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan profesional.Kata Kunci: Pengalaman pasien, PJK, Mendapatkan perawatan                                                ABSTRACKBackground: Coronnary Artery Disease (CAD) is one of the most important heart diseases because this disease affects millions of people and is the leading cause of death in several countries including Indonesia. Many of the patients who were originally (before suffering from heart disease) had a stable mental-emotional condition, then became disturbed when they were found to have abnormalities in their heart organs. Handling of this disease also needs to be carried out from the beginning of the incident considering the signs and symptoms that are often hidden or vice versa, if it appears to have significant potential to interfere with the patient's daily activities. Further impact if the patient with CHD does not immediately make the right decision, it is not possible for the individual to fall into an emergency and even death. Crisis in individuals and hospitalization can cause stress on the individual himself and his family. During the process of treatment and therapy, individuals and families can experience a variety of events that are very traumatic and full of stress. Various psychological responses can occur and what often arises according to the experience of patients who get treatment is a feeling of anxiety, confusion and anxiety. Anxiety is triggered by something unknown and emerging before there is a new experience, which threatens a person's identity and self-esteem. Objective: This study aims to obtain an overview of the deep perception of the experience of patients with CHD who were treated at ICVCU Hospital Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.Method: Data collection was conducted by in-depth interviews with eight participants who were treated at ICVCU Dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.
