Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Ketegangan Dialektis dalam Rangka Peningkatan Penjualan Bancassurance di BCA Alam Sutera

Abstract

Abstrak Perbankan di Indonesia saat ini mulai memfokuskan profitnya dari penjualan bancassurance. Masa pandemi Covid-19 ini semakin membuka adanya peluang untuk memberi kesadaran kepada nasabah serta menawarkan solusi proteksi asuransi kepada nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap ketegangan dialektis dalam rangka penjualan bancassurance di BCA Alam Sutera. Penelitian ini meneliti besarnya pengaruh persepsi karyawan terhadap atasan, sesama rekan kerja dan produk bancassurance yang ditawarkan, rasa percaya diri karyawan dalam menjual produk bancassurance, tekanan emosional yang dialami karyawan dalam mencapai target penjualan bancassurance terhadap ketegangan dialektis yang terjadi pada frontliner di Bank Central Asia Cabang Alam Sutera. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kuantitatif berdasarkan model penelitian eksploratif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah frontliner yaitu teller dan customer service yang bekerja di BCA Alam Sutera serta kantor cabang pembantu dengan mengambil semua populasi yang tersedia sejumlah 52 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang mengindikasikan bahwasannya persepsi, percaya diri dan tekanan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketegangan dialektis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi, percaya diri, tekanan emosional dan ganjaran terhadap ketegangan dialektis adalah sebesar 71%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29% dipengaruhi dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk pada penelitian ini. Tekanan emosional merupakan variabel yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap ketegangan dialektis dengan nilai β sebesar 0,760. Abstract             Banks in Indonesia are currently starting to focus their profits from selling bancassurance. The COVID-19 pandemic has opened up more opportunities to raise awareness for customers and offer insurance protection solutions to customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of interpersonal communication on dialectical tension in the context of selling bancassurance at BCA Alam Sutera. This study examines the influence of employee perceptions of superiors, fellow co-workers and the bancassurance products offered, employee confidence in selling bancassurance products, emotional stress experienced by employees in achieving bancassurance sales targets on dialectical tensions that occur in frontliners at Bank Central Asia Alam Sutera Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods with exploratory research models. The population in this study are frontliners, namely tellers and customer service who work at BCA Alam Sutera and sub-branches by taking the entire population of 52 respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that perception, self-confidence and emotional stress had a positive and significant effect on dialectical tension. The results of this study indicate that the effect of perception, self-confidence, emotional stress and rewards on dialectical tension is 71% while the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Emotional stress is the variable that has the most significant effect on dialectical tension with a value of 0.760.
