Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru dan efikasi diri siswa terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengujian hipotesis dengan metode kuantitatif. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 203 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur dengan bantuan software Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi sosial guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan kinerja guru, sedangkan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan kinerja guru, sedangkan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi sosial dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Kata kunci: kompetensi sosial, efikasi diri, kinerja guru, motivasi belajar Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher social competence and student self-efficacy on teacher performance with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a type of hypothesis testing research with quantitative methods. Obtained a sample of 203 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis with the help of Smart PLS software. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that teacher social competence has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation and teacher performance, while self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation and teacher performance, while learning motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Social competence and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with learning motivation as an intervening variable.
