<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Setelah menemukan vaksin oleh banyak semua Negara dunia, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) Rekomendasi agar negara-negara tersebut memvaksinasinya secara batch. Indonesia telah memasukkannya ke dalam peraturan tertulis melalui Perpres 99 dan Permenkes 2020 pada tahun 2020. Namun dalam hal ini terdapat kelebihan (dari kelompok yang patuh) dan kerugian (dari kelompok yang tidak patuh), meskipun Ini adalah langkah positif untuk memperbaiki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hak warga negara untuk mematuhi hukum.(obey the law) saat menerima Vaksin covid19. Kemudian di menanggapi dengan kebijakan ini, banyak kelompok masyarakat yang menolak/tidak mengikuti anjuran vaksinasi yang dibenci penulis. meskipun hal ini harus disambut baik oleh masyarakat dan secara sadar dan adil berpartisipasi dalam mematuhi saran ini untuk memperbaiki situasi. Karena kekhawatiran tentang vaksin yang disediakan pemerintah saat ini (Sinovac), nilai efikasinya hanya 65% selama klinis uji di Indonesia, yang melanggar hukum.Tetapi, hal ini kekal harus dianggap sebagai upaya dan kontribusi partisipasi dan kerjasama masyarakat, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 99 Tahun 2020 (kemudian direvisi menjadi Peraturan Presiden Edisi 14, 2021), memutus mata rantai distribusi. The author is able to fight the law because based on the vaccine version provided by the current government (Sinovac), when in clinical trials in Indonesia, the efficacy value is only 65%. However, along with community participation in breaking the chain of Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020, this has not yet materialized., then the amendment of Presidential Regulation No. 14 of 2021.
