<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Onrechtmatige Overheidsdaad atau perbuatan pemerintah melawan hukum merupakan kajian tentang konsepsi hukum terkait perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah di Kalimantan Tengah. Salah satu contohnya adalah kurang tanggapnya pemerintah dalam menangani kasus yang menyangkut kehidupan masyarakat luas. Akibatnya, sejumlah pihak menggugat pemerintah melalui Pengadilan Negeri Palangkaraya. Pemerintah dinyatakan telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum dan pertimbangan yang lengkap telah dilakukan oleh majelis. Ada satu kasus terkait hal ini, yakni berupa kelalaian atau kurang sigapnya penanganan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) di Kalimantan Tengah. ABSTRACT Onrechtmatige Overheidsdaad is a study of the legal conceptions related to unlawful acts by the government in Central Kalimantan. One example of this is the government's lack of responsiveness in handling a case involving the lives of the general public. As a result, a number of people sued the government through the Palangkaraya District Court. The government is declared to have committed an unlawful act and a complete consideration has been carried out by the assembly. There is one case regarding this, namely in the form of negligence or lack of swift handling by the government in tackling forest and land fires in Central Kalimantan.
