The spread of Covid-19 has had a negative impact on various aspects of activities, especially among those who have got infected with Covid-19. With a significant impact on society, the Ministry of Health launched the Isoman Telemedicine Service to help people affected by Covid-19, where the services provided by the Ministry of Health include consultation features, prescription redemption features, and order checking. However, there is a problem regarding the lack of socialization of this service which will certainly have an impact on the level of acceptance of this Isoman Telemedicine Service. Thus, this research was conducted with the aim of measuring the level of acceptance of Isoman Telemedicine Services using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and contributing to the study of literature which is expected to be used as a reference by subsequent studies. This study uses respondents with an age range of 17-35 years, totaling 37 people. Provided that the respondents have contracted Covid-19 and use this Isoman Telemedicine Service.
