<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the madrasa head management strategy in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Cilegon City, as well as to determine teacher performance in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Cilegon City. In conducting this research, the writer uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 46 teachers, determining the sample size of two madrasas using the Slovin formula. Research data were taken through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with the SPSS 23.0 program. The results can be concluded that, based on the results, the value is known to be tcount 4.372 greater than ttable with a value of 4.06, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, the conclusion of the hypothesis Ha is accepted. and H0 is rejected, thus this hypothesis is accepted, because there is a relationship between the strategic management of madrasah principals with the quality of education. While the value of tcount 9.550 is greater than ttable 4.06 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 with the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with the conclusion that there is an influence between teacher performance in improving the quality of education ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemn strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Cilegon, serta untuk mengetahui Kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Cilegon. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 46 guru, menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel dari dua madrasah dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data penelitian diambil melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis kuantitatif dengan program SPSS 23.0 Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, berdasarkan hasil nilai diketahui thitung 4,372 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 4,06, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 ? 0,05, kesimpulan hipotesisnya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan demikian hipotesis ini diterima, karena ada hubungan antara Manajemen strategi kepala madrasah dengan mutu pendidikan.
