Kidneys have a very large function for the body. The kidneys function as a filtering place for metabolic waste substances in the body so that if there is even a slight problem with the kidneys, the kidneys will not function properly, so that metabolic waste substances accumulate in the body and can become toxic in the body, causing various diseases. . There are many types of kidney disorders, in this study only 7 (seven) types of kidney disorders are discussed, namely N17 (Acute Renal Failure), N04 (Nephrotcyc Syndrome), C64 (malignant neoplasm), N39 (Disorder of Urinary System), N20 (calculus of kidney), and N18 (Chronic Kidney Disease). One way to find out kidney disease is to look at the symptoms. This study aims to determine kidney disease early on based on the symptoms experienced using the forward chaining method and then determine the level of certainty in the form of a percentage using the certainty factor method. The results of this study are patients with ID 125437 indicated to suffer from the type of disease with the largest percentage, namely malignant neoplasm with a percentage of 47%. The treatment methods are radiation therapy, chemotherapy, surgery, immunotherapy, cyroablation, arterialembolization and targeted therapy.
