<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out the influence of work environment, competence and empowerment to performance of teacher certification. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Technique analysis used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of work environment to performance of teacher certification, (2) There is influence of competence to performance of teacher certification, (3) There is influence of empowerment to performance of teacher certification, (4) There is influence of work environment, competence, and empowerment to performance of teacher certification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen. Teknik analasis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) ada pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.
