<![CDATA[Coffee production in Indonesia encourages ideas and innovations to create processed coffee products, especially Arabica coffee. Along with that, the competition in the coffee shop business in Indonesia is increasingly widespread, which causes business competition to become increasingly fierce. It takes commitment to business processes to maintain consumer confidence in the business being run. This study aims to determine the satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of Banyuwangi Blend Arabica coffee in Banyuwangi. The population used in this study as many as 85 people are Banyuwangi Blend consumers at Kopine Cafe Banyuwangi. The results show that consumers are satisfied and loyal but need to improve related attributes to create higher satisfaction and loyalty. If the Kopine Cafe can maintain and improve the related attributes, it will get higher consumer satisfaction and loyalty and can compete with its competitors.]]>
