<![CDATA[The method used is descriptive verification with survey approach. The first and second hypothesis Tests using Simple Linear Regression, while the third hypothesis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of research showed: 1. There is influence of students perceptions about world of work towards a motivation for continue their education of college at second semester students class XII of SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013, 2. There is influence of family socio-economic conditions towards a motivation for continue their education of college at second semester students class XII of SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013, 3. There is influence of students perceptions about world of work and family socio-economic conditions towards a motivation for continue their education of college at second semester students class XII of SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan survey. Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis ketiga menggunakan Regresi Linier Multiple. Hasil penelitian menunjukan : 1. Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang dunia kerja terhadap motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, 2. Ada pengaruh kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, 3. Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang dunia kerja dan kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap motivasi untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.
