<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out the influence of supervision, compensation and work discipline towards performance of certified teacher. Method of research used descriptive verification and questionnaire as instrument. Analysis technique used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed (1) There is influence of supervision to performance of certified teacher, (2) There is influence of compensation to performance of certified teacher, (3) There is influence of work discipline to performance of certified teacher, (4) There is influence of supervision, compensation, and work discipline to performance of certified teacher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen.Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (2) Ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi, (4) Ada pengaruh pengawasan, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi.Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kinerja, kompensasi, pengawasan]]>
