Efektivitas Penyidikan Terhadap Tindak Pidana Korupsi Pengadaan Barang Dan Jasa: Studi Di Polrestabes Makassar

Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis proses penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi di bidang pengadaan barang dan jasa oleh Kepolisian di Polrestabes Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa di Polrestabes Makassar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan penyidikan terhadap tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa di Polrestabes Makassar dimulai dari tahap persiapan penyidikan, tahap penyusunan rencana penyidikan dan tahap pelaksanaan penyidikan. Sejauh ini proses penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah berjalan kurang efektif. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan barang dan jasa adalah faktor hukum, penegak uukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor Masyarakat, serta faktor budaya. Diharapkan pemyidik lebih meningkatkan kualitas melalui pendidikan formal / non-formal, juga sarana dan prasarana pendukung dalam proses penyidikan. The research objective is to analyze the process of investigating corruption in the field of procurement of goods and services by the Police at the Makassar Police Station and the factors that influence the investigation of corruption in the procurement of goods and services at the Makassar Police Station. The type of research used is empirical legal research. The results of the study show that (1) The investigation into corruption in the procurement of goods and services at Polrestabes Makassar starts from the preparation stage of the investigation, the stage of preparing the investigation plan and the stage of carrying out the investigation. So far, the process of investigating corruption in the procurement of government goods and services has been ineffective. (2) The factors that influence the investigation of corruption in the procurement of goods and services are legal factors, law enforcement, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors, and cultural factors. It is hoped that investigators will be more assertive in carrying out their duties, further improve quality through formal / non-formal education, improve supporting facilities and infrastructure in the investigation process.
