Abstract

This study is to analyze policies in this case laws that are directly related to the education system. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively. The basic direction of attention for national education policies is Elementary School because it is the initial institution of human formation towards optimal intelligence. In general, curriculum change is a process towards the perfection of the education system, but the attitude of humans who feel never satisfied because something never looks perfect.
