<![CDATA[This research was motivated by several public complaints regarding the ineffectiveness of services provided by the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda City based on observations of researchers in the field. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Effectiveness of Employee Work at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda City is. To get the data the author conducted the research. In this study, the type of research taken is qualitative or descriptive research which uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the extent to which the effectiveness of employee performance was good or not. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effectiveness of the work of the Samarinda City Civil Registry and Service Office employees is good, although there are several things that must be improved.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa keluhan masyarakat mengenai tidak efektivnya pelayanan yang diberikan Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Samarinda berdasarkan observasi peneliti di lapangan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Samarinda. Untuk mendapatkan data penulis melakukan penelitian tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang diambil adalah kualitatif atau penelitian secara deskriptif yang di dalamnya menggunakan tehnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sejauh mana efektivitas kinerja pegawai sudah baik atau belum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas kerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Samarinda sudah baik, meski ada beberapa hal yang harus di tingkatkan lagi.]]>
