Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Daaerah Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kutai Timur

This research aims to find out whether Human Resource Competence has a positive relationship with Employee Performance at the Education and Training Agency (DIKLAT) of East Kutai Regency. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the variables of the Influence of Competence of Local Government Apparatus on the Quality of Public Services at the East Kutai District Health Office.  This can be known from the results of statistical tests where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.638 which means there is a strong relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (t-test) showed that the empirical t produced was 4,283.  This result when compared to the table of critical prices t for n – 2 is 1.721.  This means that there is a significant influence of the competence variables of local government apparatus on the quality of public services.  Thus it can also be said that the purpose of this research can be achieved, problems can be solved and hypotheses can be proven.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kompetensi Sumber daya Manusia mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan Kinerja Pegawai pada   Badan Pendidikan dan Latihan (DIKLAT) Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kutai Timur .  Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,638 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar  4,283.  Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,721.  Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah  terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik.  Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.
