The purpose of this study is to determine and illustrate the influence of Public Service Management Implementation on the effectiveness of services at the Harapan Insan Sendawar Regional General Hospital (RSUD HIS) West Kutai Regency. Data analysis using product moment correlation coefficient analysis instrument (pearson). The population of this study was all employees of HIS Hospital who had the status of Civil Servants who sat in structural positions as many as 36 civil servants were used as respondents to the study. The technique of taking sanpel is proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the calculation obtained by the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.506, the result of the calculation of the product moment correlation formula is greater than the r table (0.506 > 0.329), it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the service management variables and the service effectiveness variables at the Harapan Insan Sendawar Regional General Hospital (HIS Hospital) West Kutai Regency, thus it can be said that the better the service management, the better the service management effectiveness of service.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan pengaruh Implementasi Manajemen Pelayanan Publik terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Harapan Insan Sendawar (RSUD HIS) Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Analisa data menggunakan instrument analisis koefisiensi korelasi product moment (pearson). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai RSUD HIS yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang duduk dalam jabatan struktural sebanyak 36 orang PNS dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sanpel yaitu proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,506, hasil perhitungan rumus korelasi product moment adalah lebih besar dibandingkan r tabel (0,506 > 0,329), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel manajemen pelayanan terhadap variabel efektivitas pelayanan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Harapan Insan Sendawar (RSUD HIS) Kabupaten Kutai Barat, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik manajemen pelayanan maka semakin baik pula efektivitas pelayanan
