<![CDATA[Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Dan Menganalisis Efektifitas Penegakan Hokum Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana Perkosaan Terhadap Anak Selama Proses Pemeriksaan Di Pengadilan Negeri Pasangkayu Serta Untuk Mengetahui Dan Menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perlindungan Hokum Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana Perkosaan Terhadap Anak Di Pengadilan Negeri Pasangkayu. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa: (1).Pelaksanaan Penegakan Hokum Tindak Pidana Seksual Terhadap Anak Selama Proses Pemeriksaan Di Pengadilan Negeri Pasangkayu Berjalan Kurang Efektif.2). Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penegakan Hokum Tindak Pidana Seksual Terhadap Anak Di Pengadilan Negeri Pasangkayu Ialah Factor Substansi Hukum, Factor Struktur Hukum, Factor Sarana Dan Prasarana, Factor Kesadaran Hukum, Factor Budaya Hokum Masyarakat. This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against victims of criminal acts of rape against children during the examination process at the Pasangkayu District Court and to determine and analyze the factors that affect legal protection for victims of criminal acts of rape against children in the Pasangkayu District Court. The results showed that: (1). The implementation of law enforcement on sexual crimes against children during the examination process at the Pasangkayu District Court was less effective. 2). The factors that influence law enforcement of sexual crimes against children in the Pasangkayu District Court are legal substance factors, legal structure factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, legal awareness factors, legal culture factors in the community.]]>
