<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi penyidikan tindak pidana antara orang dewasa dan anak serta faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi efektifitas implementasi penyidikan tindak pidana antara orang dewasa dan anak di polres luwu timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian yuridis sosiologis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi penyidikan tindak pidana antara orang dewasa dan anak di polres luwu timur. Oleh karena itu pendekatan yuridis sosiologis sangat besar peranannya untuk melihat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap perbedaan penyidikan orang dewasa dan anak. Hasil Penelitian, pertama Bahwa penyidikan tindak pidana antara orang dewasa dan anak di polres luwu timur Telah Terimplementasi Dengan Baik, dapat dilihat dari proses penyidikan yang telah terlaksana tidak ada penggabungan antara penyidikan orang dewasa dan anak. Kedua, faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu faktor struktur hukum, Subtansi hukum, dan Budaya Hukum semua faktor tersebut mempengaruhi implementasi penyidikan bagi anak melalui pihak-pihak yang harus hadir dan suasana yang harus dirasakan bagi anak saat penyidikan. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of criminal investigations between adults and children and what factors affect the effectiveness of the implementation of criminal investigations between adults and children in the East Luwu Police. The research method used is a sociological juridical approach that is qualitative in nature. Sociological juridical research used in this study is to see how the implementation of criminal investigations between adults and children in the East Luwu Police. Therefore, the sociological juridical approach plays a very large role in seeing people's understanding of the differences in investigating adults and children. The results of the study, firstly that the investigation of criminal acts between adults and children in the East Luwu Police has been implemented properly, it can be seen from the investigation process that has been carried out there is no combination of adult and child investigations. Second, the influencing factors, namely the legal structure, legal substance, and legal culture, all of these factors affect the implementation of investigation for children through the parties who must be present and the atmosphere that must be felt for the child during the investigation.]]>
