Tujuan penelitian menganalisis tindak pidana pedofilia pada putusan Pengadilan Negeri Makassar dan Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertimbangan hakim bagi pelaku tindak pidana pedofilia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang bersifat empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Penerapan Hukum Tindak Pidana Pedofilia Pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. adalah Majelis hakim penjatuhan pidana sudah efektif yaitu dengan secara komulatif pidana penjara dengan denda berdasarkan Pasal 82 Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, karena apa yang telah dilakukan terdakwa itu berakibat buruk terhadap anak tersebut dan membuatnya trauma juga merusak masa depan anak tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertimbangan hukum Hakim bagi Pelaku tindak pidana pedofilia adalah Hakim melihat dari faktor kesadaran Terdakwa yang mengaku jujur serta sangat menyesali perbuatan yang dilakukannya terhadap korban dan faktor pembuktian sesuai dengan keterangan para saksi serta hasil visum Et Repertum dari Kedokteran Forensik Rumah Sakit. The research objective to analyze the pedophilia crime in the decision of the Makassar District Court and to find out the factors that influence the judges' judgment for the pedophile offender. This research is an empirical research. The result of this research is that the application of the pedophile law in the decision of the Makassar District Court. is the panel of judges for the imposition of crimes that have been effective, namely by cumulatively imprisonment with a fine based on Article 82 of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, because what the defendant had done had a bad effect on the child and traumatized the child and also damaged the child's future . Factors affecting Judge's legal considerations for perpetrators of criminal acts of pedophilia are judges seeing from the awareness factor of the Defendant who admitted to being honest and deeply regretted the act he had committed against the victim and the evidentiary factor in accordance with the testimony of witnesses and the results of Et Repertum from Hospital Forensic Medicine.
