<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Penerapan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 Secara Elektronik Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bantaeng. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu penelitian yuridis empiris atau penelitian lapangan (field reserch) dengan lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kab. Bantaeng. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kebijakan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu secara elektronik yang diselenggarakan oleh DPMPTSPTK Kabupaten Bantaeng belum sepenuhnya terselenggara dengan efektif, hal ini terjadi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu pertama, terjadinya gangguan jaringan pada saat operasional, dapat menghambat kerja sistem informasi pelayanan perizinan terpadu, karena proses pendataan, pencetakan dan monitoring tidak dapat dilakukan. Jadi menurut peneliti gangguan jaringan merupakan faktor yang sangat krusial dalam penerapan sistem informasi pelayanan perizinan terpadu. Kedua, kurangnya pelatihan pada pegawai yang mengelola sehingga terjadinya kurang pemahaman pada pegawai yang dapat menghambat proses kerja. Ketiga, kurangnya sosialisasi pada masyarakat sehingga masih ada masyarakat yang datang ke kantor untuk mengurus perizinan. The research objective to analyze the application of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 Electronically at the Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Service of Bantaeng Regency. The analytical method used is empirical juridical research or field research (field research) with the research location being carried out at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office, Kab. bantaeng. The results of this study found that the one-stop integrated service electronically organized by the DPMPTSPTK Bantaeng Regency has not been fully implemented effectively, this happens due to several factors, namely first, the occurrence of network disturbances during operation, can hinder the work of the integrated licensing service information system, because the process of data collection, printing and monitoring cannot be carried out. So according to the researchers, network disturbance is a very crucial factor in the implementation of an integrated licensing service information system. Second, the lack of training for employees who manage so that there is a lack of understanding among employees that can hinder the work process. Third, the lack of socialization to the community so that there are still people who come to the office to take care of permits.]]>
