<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis penerapan Psikologi hukum terhadap perlindungan anak dalam sistem pembaharuan hukum pidana di Indonesia dan mengetahui dan faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Normatif (Doktrinal). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis Psikologi hukum perlindungan anak dalam pembaharuan hukum pidana Perlindungan anak adalah segala upaya untuk menciptakan kondisi agar setiap anak dapat menjalankan hak dan kewajibannya serta mendorong perkembangan dan pertumbuhan normal anak secara wajar baik fisik, mental dan sosial. Meskipun ilmu psikologi hanya dapat memberikan jawaban yang tidak lengkap, prosedur dan praktek sistem hukum semestinya bersumber pada informasi terbaik yang ada saat ini. The research objective to analyze the application of legal psychology to child protection in the criminal law reform system in Indonesia and to find out and the factors that influence it. This research is a normative (doctrinal) research. The results of this study indicate that the psychological analysis of child protection law in the renewal of criminal law Child protection is all efforts to create conditions so that every child can exercise their rights and obligations and encourage normal development and normal growth of children physically, mentally and socially. Although psychology can only provide incomplete answers, the procedures and practices of the legal system should be based on the best information currently available.]]>
