<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Penerapan Sanksi Administratif Terhadap Pelanggaran Batas Usia Perkawinan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tipe penelitian Empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efektivitas Penerapan Snaksi Administratif Terhadap Batas Usia Perkawinan menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 16 tahun 2019, dari segi aparat pemerintah sudah berjalan secara efektif, namun dari segi masyarakat belum berjalan efektif disebabkan kurang tegasnya sanksi yang diberikan. (2) Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektivitas Penerapan Sanksi Administratif Terhadap Batas Usia Perkawinan Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 16 tahun 2019 yaitu Faktor Substansi hukum, Faktor Penegak Hukum, Faktor Sarana dan Prasarana Penegakan Hukum, dan Faktor Budaya Hukum Masyarakat. The research objective to analyze the application of administrative sanctions against violations of the marriage age limit and the factors that influence it. The method used in this research is the type of empirical research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Effectiveness of the Implementation of Administrative Sanctions Against the Marriage Age Limit according to Law Number 16 of 2019, in terms of government officials has been running effectively, but from a community perspective it has not been effective due to the lack of strict sanctions given. (2) Factors Affecting the Effectiveness of Application of Administrative Sanctions Against Marriage Age Limits According to Law Number 16 of 2019 namely Legal Substance Factors, Law Enforcement Factors, Law Enforcement Facilities and Infrastructure Factors, and Community Legal Culture Factors.]]>
