<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis proses pelaksanaan alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke lahan perumahan dan pemukiman penduduk dalam perspektif hukum tata ruang di Kabupaten Bone dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses pelaksanaan alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke lahan perumahan dan pemukiman penduduk dalam perspektif hukum tata ruang di Kabupaten Bone berjalan kurang efektif.; (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pelaksanaan alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke lahan perumahan dan pemukiman penduduk dalam perspektif hukum tata ruang di Kabupaten Bone yaitu faktor penegak hukum, faktor masyarakat, faktor sarana dan prasarana. The purpose of the study was to analyze the process of implementing the conversion of agricultural land to residential land and residential areas in the perspective of spatial planning law in Bone Regency and the factors that influence it. The research method in this study uses the type of empirical research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the process of implementing the conversion of agricultural land to housing and residential areas in the perspective of spatial planning law in Bone Regency is less effective; (2) the factors that influence the process of implementing the conversion of agricultural land to housing and residential areas in the perspective of spatial planning law in Bone Regency are law enforcement factors, community factors, facilities and infrastructure factors.]]>
