Abstract

AbstrakCRM dapat dijadikan suatu cara untuk mengelola pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi detail tentang pelanggan. Penerapan CRM pada perguruan tinggi khususnya presensi mahasiswa akan menghasilkan informasi detail mengenai kehadiran mahasiswa mencakup waktu kehadiran, lokasi, laporan yang berguna bagi jurusan, dosen maupun orang tua siswa. Dalam perancangan ini dihasilkan DFD, ERD dan Flowchart. Kata Kunci: CRM, DFD, ERD, Flowchar
