This study aims to analyze and prove the existence of autocratic leadership style influence and democratic leadership styles either jointly or independently on employee job satisfaction in the Regional Water Company ( PDAM ) Madiun. The samples in accordance with the requirements of this study, so it is taken as 109 employees of the respondent population of 150 employees in the Regional Water Company ( PDAM ) City of Madison, by using probability sampling technique, the method chosen is a random sampling. In analyzing the data using SPSS for windows version 16.0. The results of the analysis of the data showed that: autocratic leadership style persial influence on employee job satisfaction, while the democratic leadership style persial influence on employee job satisfaction. Leadership style autocratic and democratic leadership styles simultaneously influence on employee job satisfaction
