Abstract

Abstrak: Pada saat ini dunia sedang mengalami perkembangan teknologi, salah satunya perkembangan teknologi di bidang industri alat transportasi. Di era modern ini alat transportasi roda empat terutama mobil menjadi sebuah kebutuhan khusus bagi masyarakat menengah atas,sehingga banyak masyarakat yang memiliki mobil untuk membantu beraktifitas. Hal tersebut berdampak bagi pelaku bisnis yang bergerak di bidang jasa bengkel mobil, karena semakin banyak persaingan. Bengkel X merupakan salah satu pelaku bisnis yang terkena dampak persaingan di bidang jasa bengkel mobil. Dari data laporan pelayanan bengkel X empat tahun terakhir terjadi perubahan jumlah service mobil yang tidak menentu, sehingga menjadikan bengkel mengalami kesulitan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan untuk periode kedepan. Oleh karena itu Bengkel X memerlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat meramalkan perubahan jumlah service mobil. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode peramalan Weighted Moving Average untuk meramal jumlah service mobil serta membantu bengkel X dalam perencanaan bisnisnya. Abstract: At this time the world is experiencing technological developments, one of which is technological developments in the transportation equipment industry. In this modern era, four-wheeled transportation, especially cars, have become a special need for the upper middle class, so many people have cars to help with their activities. This has an impact on business people engaged in car repair services, because there is more and more competition. Machine shop X is one of the business actors affected by competition in the car repair service sector. From the service report data for the Machine shop X in the last four years, there has been an erratic change in the number of car services, thus making it difficult for the Machine shop to make a decision for the future period. Therefore, Machine shop X requires a system that can predict changes in the number of car services. In this study, a web-based system will be designed using the Weighted Moving Average forecasting method to predict the number of car services and assist the Machine shop X in planning its business.
