Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisa pelayanan yang di terapkan di LOBO Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel - Mega Kuningan. Selama melakukan magang, penulis mengamati bahwa pelayanan di LOBO Restaurant sudah sesuai dengan SOP (Standart Operation Procedure) dan dapat dikategorikan memberikan pelayanan yang prima. Dari hasil proses pengamatan, penulis menyarankan untuk dilakukan optimalisasi dalam segi pelayanan dan kerja sama dengan departemen - departemen lain, guna memperlancar proses pelayanan dan mencapai kepuasan pelanggan Kata kunci: Analisa Pelayanan, Pelayanan Prima
