<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out about the strategies used by the MAN 1 Jombang library in order to attract the millennial generation to come to the MAN 1 Jombang library. Data collection techniques with interviews (interviews), observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that have been done by the Library of MAN 1 Jombang. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The research lasted for two weeks, namely on 15-27 November 2021 at the MAN 1 jombang library, this research was carried out with the MAN 1 jombang library librarian as the target. In collecting data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. From the results of the research, researchers can find that libraries need to make innovation breakthroughs to be able to attract the interest of the millennial generation to visit the library.]]>
