To develop the English students’ verbal skill is need understood the students’ lack before. The students’ lack like; lack of vocabulary, lack of grammatically and the lack of selfconfidence. Developing verbal skill  is not depend on the students’ ability in recognizing vocabulary and understanding grammar but also depend on the teachers’ motivation  and teaching strategy.
