Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi tepung putak, tepung daun kelor dan minyak kelapa terhadap performa dan tingkat mortalitas ayam broiler. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 64 ayam dengan 4 perlakuan 0,0% ,5%, 10%, 15%. Setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 4 ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam. Ransum perlakuan diberikan pada ayam umur 7-35 hari. Pengambilan data setiap semingggu sekali selama 4 minggu. Hasil sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) Kesimpulan, makin meningkatnya kombinasi tepung putak dan daun kelor cenderung menurunkan konsumsi ransum, pemberian 5% kombinasi tepung putak, daun kelor dan minyak kelapa mendapatkan pertambahan bobot badan ayam tertinggi yaitu 1263,27 gram/ekor, konversi ransum menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata. Kata kunci : broiler, putak, daun kelor, minyak kelapa, performa, mortalitas ayam broiler The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of feeding combination of putak meal, Moringa leaves meal and coconut oil on the performance and mortality rates of broiler chickens. The research used 64 chickens in completely randomized design 4 treatments of 0.0%, 5%, 10%, 15% with 4 replicates (4 chicken per replicate). Treatment diet was fed to the chicken during 7-35 days of age. Data collection were carried out once a week for 4 weeks. Statistical analysis shows that effect of treatment is not significant (P <0.05) on .either performance or mortality of the broiler. The conclusion is that increasing combination of putak meal and moringa leaves tends to reduce feed intake; and level 5% combination of putak meal, moringa leaves meal and coconut oil performs the highest chicken body weight gain that is 1263.27 g/chick, significant difference (P<0.50 in feed conversion.
