<![CDATA[Abstrak Hukum waris adat adalah hukum yang memuat garis-garis ketentuan tentang sistem dan asas-asas hukum waris,tentang harta warisan,pewaris dan waris serta cara bagaimana harta warisan itudialihkan pengua dan pemiliknya dari pewaris kepada waris. masyarakat Indonesia yang menganut berbagaimacam agama dan kepercayaan yang berbrda-bedamempunyai bentuk-bentuk kekerabatan dengan sistem keturunan yang berbeda-beda sistem keturanan ini nampak pengaruhnya dalam sistemkewarisan hukum adat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis maka dapat disimpulkan Penerapan atau pembagian harta waris oleh masyarakat Bali yang ada di Bali dan masyarakat Bali yang ada di luar bali berbeda karna di bepengaruhi oleh faktor- faktor,dari factor sosial, dan faktor kemajuan pendidikan.Kata kunci: penerapan, hukum, adatAbstractCustomary inheritance law is a law that contains lines of provisions concerning the system and principles of inheritance law, regarding inheritance, heirs and inheritance and how the inheritance is transferred by the owner and owner from the heir to the inheritance.
