<![CDATA[Character education applied in school culture is a form of implementation of character education contained in the goals of national education. MTs Mualimin NU Malang City has a special effort in developing a school culture based on character education. The purpose of this study is to describe the school culture in MT Mu'alimin NU Malang city and describe the strategy of developing school culture based on character education. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the type of case study research. The results of this study are 1) The school culture based on character education found in Mts Hidayatul Mubtadi'in is the school culture of praying together, reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, in which these two school cultures are integrated in religious character education. . 2) the strategies used consist of modeling, teaching strategies, reinforcement strategies and habituation strategies.]]>
