This research was motivated by the problems that researchers saw in learning in class IV SDN 2 Penpen, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. This study aims to increase the learning concentration of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Penpen, Cirebon Regency in the learning process through the application of the team quiz technique. This classroom action research uses the Kemmis and Taggart models with 30 students as research subjects. Student learning concentration data were collected using observation sheets and interview guidelines. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that students' learning concentration increased through the application of the team quiz technique. In the first cycle, based on the results of observations, the average score of student learning concentration was 14.88 with a percentage of 51.31%. In cycle II, the improvements made were changing the content of the team quiz segment, giving examples of short answer questions by the teacher, giving verbal motivation to students to be able to work with teammates, and improving the question research column on student worksheets. Through these improvements, in cycle II the average score of student learning concentration based on observations increased to 18.28 with a percentage of 63.03%. This percentage has reached the indicator of success, namely the average concentration of student learning based on observations > 60%, so the action was stopped in cycle II. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti lihat pada pembelajaran di kelas IV SDN 2 Penpen Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Penpen Kabupaten Cirebon dalam proses pembelajaran melalui penerapan teknik kuis tim. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa. Data konsentrasi belajar siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Selanjutnya, data tersebut dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi belajar siswa meningkat melalui penerapan teknik kuis tim. Pada siklus I, berdasarkan hasil observasi, rata-rata skor konsentrasi belajar siswa adalah 14,88 dengan persentase 51,31%. Pada siklus II, perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah mengubah isi segmen kuis tim, pemberian contoh soal jawaban singkat oleh guru, pemberian motivasi secara lisan kepada siswa agar mampu bekerjasama dengan rekan satu tim, dan memperbaiki kolom penelitian soal pada lembar kerja siswa. Melalui perbaikan tersebut, pada siklus II rata-rata skor konsentrasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil observasi meningkat menjadi 18,28 dengan persentase sebesar 63,03%. Persentase tersebut telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yaitu rata-rata konsentrasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil observasi >60%, sehingga tindakan dihentikan pada siklus II.
