Islamic religious teachers in building character have an important role. In the learning process, the teacher must be able to become friends, motivators, and inspirations in order to improve the character of students. The process of improving character is not only carried out during the learning process, but behavioral behavior must be carried out in the school environment so that students become accustomed and behave naturally. In this study, the approach taken was student observation, teacher and principal interviews, and student data documentation. Based on the results of observations made, with supervision and motivation from Islamic religious teachers, the behavior of students experienced an increase in behavior in accordance with the teachings of Islam.
