Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Afektif Mata Pelajaran Bible Siswa Kelas 4 SD Kristen Charis, Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020

Teacher pedagogical competence is a teacher's ability to guide and direct students to learn. The Teacher's pedagogical competence greatly influences student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine how much influence the pedagogical competence of teachers has on affective learning outcomes in Bible subjects, in grade 4 Christian Elementary School Charis 2019/2020. The design of this study used correlational quantitative research methods with 42 research subjects of grade 4 SD Kristen Charis. In the simple linear regression test, the result was 37.7%. While the results of hypothesis testing are proven by the value of t count 4,918 t table (2.00), it can be concluded that H0 is rejected (H1 is accepted) or in other words, there is an effect of teacher pedagogical competence on affective learning outcomes in Bible subjects in grade 4 Christian elementary schools Charis, which is 37.7% which is shown by the simple Linear Regression Test as seen from the coefficient of determination R-Square. AbstrakKompetensi pedagogik guru adalah kemampuan guru dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan peserta didik untuk belajar. Kompetensi pedagogik guru sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar afektif mata pelajaran Bible di kelas 4 sekolah dasar Kristen Charis 2019/2020. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasio-nal dengan subyek penelitian 42 peserta didik kelas 4 SD Kristen Charis. Dalam uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh hasil 37,7%. Sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 4,918 ttabel (2,00), maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H0 ditolak (H1 diterima) atau dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap hasil belajar afektif mata pelajaran Bible di kelas 4 sekolah dasar Kristen Charis, yaitu sebesar 37,7% yang ditunjukkan oleh Uji Regresi Linier sederhana yang terlihat dari koefisien determinasi R-Square
