PEMBERIAN BEBERAPA KONSENTRASI MOL (MIKROORGANISME LOKAL) DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT MACADAMIA (Macadamia integrifolia)

Abstract

Efforts to reduce the use of chemical fertilizer can be done by utilizing organic materials in the environment such as moringa leaves. Moringa leaves are rich in zeatin, cytokines, ascorbate, phenolic and mineral such as Ca, K, and Fe which can trigger plant growth. This study aims to determinate the effect of giving some Mol concentrations of moringa leaves on the growth of macademia seddlings. The research design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design with 5 treatments and 6 replications, so that there were 30 research units. As for the five treatment, K0 = without fertilizer, K1 = inorganic leaf fertilizer (Growmore 32-10-10 concentration 1 g/L), K2 = Mol moringa leaves 30 mL/L, K3 = Mol moringa leaves 50 mL/L, K4 = Mol moringa leaves 70 mLlL. Data were analyzed using the F test, if significantly different followed by the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) level 5%. Observation parameters were plant height, number of leaves, seedling wet weight and root length. The result showed that the administration of Mol of moringa leaves has not been able to increase plant height, number of leaves, wet weight of seeds, and root length of macadamia seeds. Kata kunci: bibit, daun, kelor, organik, pertumbuhan Abstrak Upaya pengurangan penggunaan pupuk kimia dapat dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan bahan organik yang ada di lingkungan seperti daun kelor (Moringa oleifera). Daun kelor kaya akan zeatin, sitokinin, askorbat, fenolik dan mineral seperti Ca, K dan Fe yang dapat memicu pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian beberapa konsentrasi Mol daun kelor terhadap pertumbuhan bibit macadamia (Macadamia integrifolia). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 30 unit penelitian. Adapun kelima perlakuannya yaitu K0 = tanpa pupuk, K1 = pupuk daun anorganik (Growmore 32-10-10 konsentrasi 1 g/L), K2 = Mol daun kelor 30 mL/L, K3 = Mol daun kelor 50 mL/L, K4 = Mol daun kelor 70 mL/L. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji F, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan (DMRT) taraf 5%. Parameter pengamatan berupa tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah bibit dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian Mol daun kelor belum mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah bibit, dan panjang akar bibit macadamia.
