This study aims to determine the correlation between resilience and subjective well-being in mother that works. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a correlational design. The subjects in this study amounted to 88 people who have characteristic that is a woman which married and have children, work in the formal sector, and have a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 60 years. The data collection method in this study used 2 scales, namely the Subjective Well-Being and the Scale Resilience Scale. Data analysis used is correlation product moment from Karl Pearson. Of analysis data collected gives the coefficient of correlation (rxy) of = 0.580 (p <0.05), which means there correlation a positive significant between resilience with subjective well-being.
