<![CDATA[KorespondenTechnical Guidance carried out by the Office of Library and Archives of East Java Province is technical guidance for archiving, in the form of providing material and archive management practices followed by archivists and archive management officers in regional apparatus. This study uses the type of research and development (Research and Development) using the Dick and Carey development model. In this study, the type of data is divided into 3 (three), namely 1) First stage evaluation data in the form of trial results from content experts and design experts 2) Small group trial results in data 3) Field trial data accompanied by a questionnaire. Validation from material experts obtained a percentage of 80% (good category), but it needs some revision. The results of the validation from design experts obtained a percentage of 90.66% (very good category), but there were still a few revisions. Furthermore, the score obtained from the Small Group Test and the Field Test got a percentage of 89.98% for the Small Group Test (very good category), while the Field Test obtained a percentage of 90.26% (very good category). While the response from the teacher on Active and Inactive Records Management material has obtained a percentage of 90.66% very good category.]]>
