Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini muncul istilah kecerdasan emosi atau dalam bahasa Inggris emotional intelligence yang diungkapkan oleh Daniel Goleman (1995). Ia mengutip berbagai penelitian yang ternyata menemukan bahwa kecerdasan emosi mempunyai peran sangat penting untuk sukses di dunia usaha.
