Analisis Implementasi Standart Operting Procedur (SOP) Unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) Di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali

AbstrakPT Angkasa Pura 1 Persero cabang Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali memiliki unit yang bertugas sebagai pengawas pada sisi udara (airsde) yaitu unit Apron Movement Control (AMC). Unit AMC memiliki tanggung jawab sebagai pelaksana tugas dalam pengawasan, pelayanan, serta keamanan di area Apron. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, petugas AMC harus bekerja sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) unit AMC dan mengetahui bagaimana kendala dan jenis pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh petugas AMC di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder yaitu wawancara,dokumentasi,dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan dokumen yang didapat dari penilaian kadin AMC, penilaian kinerja petugas AMC berdasarkan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) kinerja petugas AMC termasuk kategori cukup sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilaian petugas AMC sesuai dengan SOP. Pelanggaran yang sering dilakukan petugas AMC adalah merokok di ruang AMC, tidak memakai Earmuff, tidak memakai kacamata pelindung sinar matahari, dan tidak memakai sepatu Safety. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas AMC adalah kurangnya petugas AMC, human eror, dan kurangnya kesadaran terhadap keselamatan diri.Kata Kunci : Apron Movement Control (AMC), Standart Operating Procedur (SOP), Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Byolali AbstractPT Angkasa Pura 1 Persero Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport branch has a unit that serves as a supervisor on the air side (airsde), namely the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit. The AMC Unit has the responsibility as executor of duties in supervision, service, and security in the Apron area, in carrying out their duties AMC officers must work in accordance with the SOPs that have been set. This study aims to find out how to implement the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the AMC unit and find out how the obstacles and types of violations committed by AMC officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport.To analyze the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) APRON Movement Control (AMC) unit at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, the data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, namely interviews, documentation, and observations. The results showed that based on the documents obtained from the assessment of the AMC kadin, assessment of the AMC officers based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) the performance of the AMC officers was included in the sufficient category so it can be concluded that the assessment of the AMC officers was in accordance with the SOP. Violations that are often committed by AMC officers are not wearing earmuffs, not wearing sun protection glasses, smoking in the AMC room and not wearing safety shoes. The obstacles faced by AMC officers are the lack of AMC officers, human error, and lack of awareness of personal safety.Keywords: Apron Movement Control (AMC), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport
