AbstrakEra reformasi dan revolusi industri 4.0 adalah era yang saling berkelanjutan. Namun, setiap kebijakan yang diambil pada setiap era tentu saja berbeda-beda, menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan perkembangan pada zaman masing-masing. Begitu juga dalam bidang pendidikannya. Selama periode awal reformasi hingga era revolusi industri 4.0, kebijakan pendidikan di Indonesia banyak mengalami perubahan. Dan juga, setiap era memiliki karakteristik masing-masing. Untuk itu, melalui studi literatur, penulis membahas bagaimana perbedaan dari kedua era ini. Penulis mengumpulkan banyak bahan literatur yang kemudian dikaji dan disimpulkan. Di dapatkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan di kedua era ini sangat terlihat atau sangat menonjol pada arah tujuan pembelajaran dan kurikulumnya. KBK dan KTSP dipilih untuk menjadi kurikulum di era reformasi, serta Kurikulum 2013 menjadi pilihan pemerintah Indonesia di era revolusi industri 4.0. Namun, pada dasarnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari keduanya sama-sama mengharapkan sistem student center. Di era reformasi, pemerintah fokus pada pengembangan lokalitas, sedangkan di era industri pemerintah memfokuskan pada keterampilan individu untuk menghadapi persaingan global.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Pendidikan, Era Reformasi, Revolusi Industri 4.0 AbstractThe era of reform and the 4.0 industrial revolution is a mutually sustainable era. However, each policy taken in each era is of course different, adjusting the needs and developments of each other's times. So does his field of education. During the early period of reform up to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 education policy in Indonesia underwent many changes. And also, each era has its own characteristics. To this end, through the study of literature, the author discusses how the differences from these two eras are. The author collects many literature materials that are then examined and inferred. It is earned that educational policies in these two eras are highly visible or very prominent in the direction of its learning goals and curriculum. KBK and KTSP were selected to be curriculums in the reform era, as well as the 2013 Curriculum became the Indonesian government's choice in the industrial era. However, basically the learning implementation of the two equally expects the student center system.
