Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan gerak dasar (ayunan tangan dan langkah kaki) dalam pembelajaran senam irama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas V (lima) Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Gelumbang yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memilih sumber data, jenis data, serta instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa:  Melalui pembelajaran senam irama dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 29 Gelumbang. Peningkatan kemampuan tersebut dilihat dari pencapaian Keriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) siswa secara klasikal pada pra siklus sebesar 53,33%, siklus I adalah 70%, dan siklus II mencapai 90%. Berdasarkan hasil tes akhir telah terjadi peningkatan, sehingga dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan gerak dasar dapat ditingkatkan melalui senam irama pada siswa kelas V SD  Negeri 29 Gelumbang.Kata Kunci: Gerak Dasar, Senam Irama AbstractThe objective of the research is to know basic skills of motor movement (swing arms and footsteps) in rhytmic gymnastics learning. The population of  this research was the fifth grade students of state junior high school 29 of Gelumbang, that the total number of population was 30 students. Techniques for collecting the data were done by choosing source, type of data, and instrument which were used in the research. The results of this research could be concluded that : Through rhytmic gymnastics learning could increase basic motor movement to the fifth grade students of junior High school 29 of Gelumbang. Increasing ability was looked from the achievement of students minimum completenesss criteria (KKM) clasically on pre-cycle was 53,33%, the first cycles was 70%, and the second cycles reached 90%. Based on the result of post-test had occured enhancement, hence can concluded that basic skills of motor movement can be increased through rhytmic gymnastics to the fifth grade of state junior high school 29 of Gelumbang.
