<![CDATA[Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect on employee performance during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Grand Tjokro Bandung hotel. This research is categorized as descriptive and quantitative research with questionaire instruments. The population in this study was 84 people. Sampling with simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation. Test the valisity of the instrument by using product moment while the reability test by cronbanch Alpha with the help of SPSS. Measuring instruments are proven valid and reliable for research instruments. Hypothesis testing of this study uses simple linier regression analysis. The result of the study proved: The Leadership proved to be significantly positive on Employee Performance with a value of 3.193 and sig 0,002, with the result R2 = 0.111. This means that the Leadership give an effect on Performance of 11.1% while the remaining 88.9% by other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di hotel Grand Tjokro Bandung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Uji validitas instrumen dengan menggunakan product moment sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan cronbanch Alpha dengan bantuan SPSS. Alat ukur tersebut terbukti valid dan reliabel untuk instrumen penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian membuktikan: Kepemimpinan terbukti positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai 3,193 dan sig 0,002, dengan hasil R2 = 0,111. Artinya Kepemimpinan memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja sebesar 11,1% sedangkan sisanya 88,9% oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.]]>
