<![CDATA[ABSTRAK COVID-19 telah ditetapkan sebagai wabah pandemi global pada Maret 2020. Sejak munculnya COVID-19 di Indonesia, pemerintah telah melakukan berbagai upaya guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus COVID-19 melalui vaksinasi dan penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M. Tujuan dan capaian dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Banjaran Wetan dapat mengetahui pentingnya vaksinasi dan lebih menerapkan 5M sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi kesehatan dengan pemberian penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya vaksinasi dan penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M. Pendampingan dan penyuluhan mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 dilaksanakan secara door to door kepada masyarakat dengan mengeksplor alasan masyarakat jika belum melakukan vaksinasi. Setelah itu, peneliti memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 dan penerapan 5M. Edukasi juga dilakukan kepada siswa SD di Desa Banjaran Wetan. Setelah dilakukan edukasi, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 dan 5M yang dinilai berdasarkan persentase kenaikan skor pre-test dan post-test. Program edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19 dan 5M. Program ini diharapkan dapat membantu percepatan penanganan Covid-19 di Indonesia. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus through vaccination and the implementation of the 5M health protocol. The aim of this program was to give an education to improve the importance of vaccination and adherence to 5M as an effort to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The method used in this program is health education by providing counselling and assistance to the community regarding the importance of vaccination and the 5M health protocol. Assistance and counselling regarding Covid-19 vaccination is carried out door to door in the community by exploring the reasons for the community if they have not been vaccinated. After that, the researchers provided education to the public about the Covid-19 vaccination and the implementation of 5M. Education was also carried out for elementary school students in Banjaran Wetan Village. After the implementation of the program, there was an increase in students' knowledge about Covid-19 and 5M vaccinations which were assessed based on the percentage increase in pre-test and post-test scores. Education programs can increase public knowledge about Covid-19 and 5M vaccinations. This program is expected to accelerate the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia.
